Joe Cozart, originally from Miami,
Florida, graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of
Business Administration, where he also played Varsity Football. In
addition to owning and serving on several private company Board of
Directors, Joe has a proven record of accomplishment in developing
companies’ current processes and contiguous markets to provide the
resources and additional capitalization for both equity and debt and
sales and marketing. Joe's funding experience includes outdoor
advertising, branding and licensing, construction services, education
and procurement software, printing & publishing, oil & gas, fund
of funds, film & television, healthcare and medical devices,
manufacturing (i.e. baking & snack, beverage bottling, carpet &
rug), and commercial real estate development throughout the United
States, Canada, Europe, Asia and South America.

| Joan Richard, originally from Nashville, Tennessee,
holds an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Miami, a
Master of Corporate Education Specialist from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Education
from George Washington University while working on her Doctorate in
Corporate Resource Development. Joan has played a major role as a Corporate
Development Executive for Lucent Technologies, Northern Telecom,
Computer Sciences Corporation, Royal & Sun Alliance, Perry Tritech,
Entex Information Services, Xcel Energy, Direct TV and First
American National Bank.
